What is Lamar Jackson win-loss record?
Lamar Jackson has a record of 49-21 in his career.
When Lamar Jackson’s long talks with the Baltimore Ravens didn’t lead to a long-term contract, he asked to be traded. Indianapolis Colts general manager Chris Ballard talked about the possibility of getting Jackson.
According to Zak Keefer of The Athletic, Chris Ballard stated of Lamar Jackson, “Every time a terrific athlete is available, which he is, you have to do the work.” I won’t go into detail about where we are or what we want to achieve, but he is a very talented player. Nothing can be predicted with certainty.
Before the deadline this offseason, the Ravens placed Jackson on the non-exclusive franchise list. According to Spotrac, this would pay Jackson around $32.4 million for the 2023 season, but it wouldn’t provide him the long-term security he needs.
Jackson has the option to play under the one-year franchise tag, but it seems he has no plans to do so. Even the Colts’ quarterback situation is intriguing.
Since the Carolina Panthers and Houston Texans are likely to pick quarterbacks with their first two picks in the 2023 NFL Draft, the Indianapolis Colts are likely to pick fourth overall.
Now that they have the third pick, the Arizona Cardinals are committed to Kyler Murray for the next few years.
However, if a good trade partner comes along, they could still move down. If that happens, the Colts may lose out on top players like CJ Stroud, Bryce Young, and Anthony Richardson.
It makes sense that Ballard would look into Jackson, given that the Colts don’t have a quarterback and are fourth in the draft, after the Panthers, Texans, and Cardinals.
