Ohio State head coach Ryan Day, General Manager — Player Personnel Mark Pantoni, and the Ohio State staff are hard at work on recruiting for 2024.
So far, they have 12 commitments for a class that is presently ranked first in the USA in the 247Sports Composite team recruiting rankings for 2024.
The crew is also hard at work on 2025 recruiting, and this spring has hosted several top 2025 prospects. Cornerback Jontae Gilbert, the Buckeyes’ only current 2025 pledge, was one of them.
While it is still very early for the 2025 class, the Buckeyes have made numerous scholarship offers to candidates from that class.
And 247Sports has its current Top247 class of 2025. This is an addition to the original 247Sports Top150.
