ACC Players in the NFL

More than 280 former Atlantic Coast Conference football players are listed on NFL rosters prior to Thursday’s Week 1 opener of the 2023-24 NFL season.

All 14 ACC schools are represented with Clemson leading the way with 42 former players.

A total of 283 former ACC standouts are on the NFL’s active roster, physically unable to perform lists and practice squads, with 213 players on active 53-man rosters.

The 213 active players from the ACC are third among all the Power 5 conferences, trailing only the SEC with 367 and the Big Ten with 288.

Following Clemson’s conference-best 42 players, Miami ranks second with 30 players, while Pitt and Virginia Tech each have 27 players in the NFL.

A Clemson Tiger can be found on 22 of the NFL’s 32 teams.
