Former five-star and Alabama linebacker Demouy Kennedy announced that,
he is transferring to Colorado on Wednesday. He posted the news on his Instagram account.
Kennedy joined Alabama as a member of the 2020 recruiting class.
He played sparingly in three seasons at linebacker
. He tallied just eight tackles. His primary role came on special teams on the Tide.
During his junior season, he was a crucial part of the Tide’s special teams unit but suffered a season-ending injury.
Now, he is headed to Boulder to play for Deion Sanders.
Colorado has become a hot commodity for players that have entered the transfer portal.
The Buffaloes are trying to build something special. Kennedy will help their cause of being a competitive team in the Pac-12.
