Irina Shayk Just Freed The Nip In A Naked Dress In These Pics

In case you missed it, the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is happening right now, and a ton of celebrities are there to celebrate. 

Of course, that elite list includes supermodel Irina Shayk, who just shared a photo dump on Instagram of herself in the coolest naked dress.

In the photos, you can glimpse Irina looking strong all over as she poses next to a spotlight while having a total free-the-nipple moment. 

That pic is followed by another one of the 37-year-old flashing her toned leg while showing off the dress’ high slit, 

followed by more shots of Irina looking super fierce. (There are also a few photos of herself and designer Riccardo Tisci.)

“Partners in crime @riccardotisci17 Coachella ,” she wrote in the caption. Naturally, people freaked out, and left her a ton of fire emojis in the comments section. 

“I’ve never seen anyone more beautiful,” one person wrote, while another chimed in with, “Wow Irina .”

If you're curious to know more about her health and workout routines, you should know that Irina is mom to a 6-year-old, 

which keeps her very busy, she told Vogue UK. In fact, Irina said that she struggles sometimes with parenting alone.

“Trust me, there are days I wake up and I’m like, ‘Oh my god, I don’t know what to do, I’m falling apart,’” Irina said. 

“I always try not to stay away from my daughter for more than a week, but I also don’t want to be this woman who’s not truthful to herself, because I love my work 

and I was raised in a woman-run household. I want my daughter to know that momma has a job in her life because I want to raise a strong, powerful woman.”

Perhaps because she's so busy, Irina hasn’t given a ton of details about her exercise routine lately, 

but she previously told People that she’s big on martial arts. “I do boxing, I do a little jiu-jitsu which I am obsessed with," she said.

Irina also told Women’s Health UK that she hates traditional cardio. “Running is my worst nightmare, 

so I’ve had to find something I enjoy that gets me all the calorie-burning benefits of cardio without boring me to death,” she said. 

That often means doing jiu-jitsu four times a week, along with “simple barre moves that don't need any equipment and really work my arms and bum” when she travels.

That being said, Irina told W that she’s not super strict when it comes to her workout routine—or what she eats. 

“I haven’t worked out in probably a week,” she said at the time, adding that she likes to eat a little sugar to get her energy levels up.

“I’m trying to stay away from coffee because I think it makes you so dry, especially in the winter,” she said

. “When I wake up, I have a hot glass of water and with lemon, and one cup of coffee and definitely some cake.”
