With Both Super Bowl Teams' Flagship Stations In Tow, Audacy Is Ready For The Big Game

It's an unusual situation, but one that certainly benefits Audacy.

In both Philadelphia and Kansas City, homes to Super Bowl LVII opponents the Eagles and Chiefs,

the flagship station for each team's play-by-play coverage is owned and operated by the radio giant.

As a result, coverage of all game-related activity leading up to and following Sunday's contest on Eagles flagship “

SportsRadio” WIP-FM Philadelphia, and both Chiefs flagship, country “106.5 The Wolf” WDAF,

and “610Sports” KCSP-AM Kansas City, has been well-coordinated and ready to go.

In addition to both markets' sports stations' week-long commitment, each is offering special programming on gameday.

KCSP will expand its pre-game show to five hours leading into the Chiefs Radio Network's coverage on WDAF,

followed by overnight coverage, amounting to 20 consecutive hours of Chiefs-related content between both stations.

WIP, meanwhile, is also extending its pre-game show and adding a live audience element.
